Hi Everyone,
My name is Becky and I live in London, UK. I've been looking to join a weight loss/healthy eating forum for a while and kept putting it off because I just couldn't stick to my plan.
I'm not going to make excuses but a lot of the time I had to stop my workouts due to an ongoing back problem I have. I mixed up my exercise routine once and tried skipping for cardio instead of running but 4 weeks into it my back went again and I couldn't walk properly for 5 weeks and was using crutches to get around the house. I'm also very prone to chest infections so you can imagine what it's like trying to run when you can't breathe
I've made a plan to lose the weight and get fit now that I've turned 30
I want to lose about 56lbs, I've already lost 35lbs and that seems to have taken me forever. I have a few holidays next year that I want to be healthy for and also to boost my confidence as I don't have much of it.
Anyway I will stop blabbering and hope to get some good motivational tips from this website. Any advice is appreciated
