Hi all. :) I'm Ashley, I'm 24 years old, and I live in Florida. My current height is 5'2", and I weigh around 129lbs, give or take a few lbs. My ideal weight is 115, but 110 would be amazing! I was a stable 115 all through High School, and for a couple years following HS, but this past year, I've really noticed the weight gain come a little faster than it always has. I have a naturally small frame, but my hips are naturally wide. My weak areas are constant bloating it feels like, and CRAVINGS. I can't seem to tame my cravings for the life of me! I looove sweets, and just junk food in general. I'm not a huge veggie eater (huge meaning.. I don't have a taste for them at all..) but I love fruits! I purchased a Fitbit back in April in hopes of it motivating me, which it did..for a couple weeks. And then I sort of lost all motivation again! I'm really hoping to meet and connect with some lovely people here to share this journey of getting fit. Even if I don't get down to my ideal weight, I would really love to at least get in better shape. I own a bike and go biking when I can. I'd really like to get more into it,though. I would really love to learn more about nutrition and what to eat as well. Well, that's about all I can think of saying!:p
