Hello all my name is Kelly and I am 36 years old as of last week. My goals are to loose 95 lbs in less than a year. At least 50 by summer. I have been overweight almost all of my life and desperate to make a change. I have had multiple back surgeries and the extra weight doesnt help the pain or the problem. I am looking for some excercise tips for bad backs and ideas are greatly appreciated. I am sure I will get the support I need and I am looking forward to reaching my goals and doing it with some new and needed support . So here I go on my weight loss journey.
