Hello! Newbie has arrived :D

I have been reading through the forums and i now feel inspired to go for my change of life!:D
I am a stay at home mum so my hands are pretty full all of the time but i know i need to fit in some exercise, so its a case of working it around my boys.
First thing in the mornings i wake up and i do tummy crunches and stretches which helps with my back (have scoliosis) so its a must. I am 154Ib, 5'1 inc tall so i need to lose the weight! I just know this will help my back pain too.

I am gathering by the information i have picked up on i need to be doing aerobic type workouts to burn the fat and also toning up. I have a treadmil which is really very good just not so inspiaring stuck up in the bedroom and my exscuse to when i cant go on it is because little one is down for a nap :rolleyes: Not a real option to move it either as the house is pretty small. Damn here i go again :rolleyes: (exscuses!)

So anyways would somone kindly help me tidy this up a bit and help me get a move on! :D
