Hello, new to this.

Hello everyone, my name is Peter and it is a pleasure to meet you all.

I have been letting myself go for a while due to 2 perfect kids and being lazy but trying to get back into it and lose this damn 40 pounds. So figured I would check this place out and see if I can find some interesting food or diets. I am 6 foot 260 pounds
