Im a 21yr old looking for a healthy workout plan. Im new to this, i currently do simple things every once in awhile. Well i need to get in shape for summer. I have simple weights, like hand weights and a curling bar, im going to get a weight bench soon. I also have a treadmill and a lifecycle. Im open to any opinions. Im also looking to gain weight, so any help on that too would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any opinions anyone should give me here or in the near future on this website.
