Hello, New to the website

Greeting, my name is Brian and I struggle with my weight. I have made good habits in the past by jogging but my weight loss is always short lived. It seems like I put on more weight as I get older. I really want to stay away from carbs , and guilty pleasure foods. I see these weight lifter body builders telling me not to be afraid of carbs but for now untill I get to an ectomorph body type and have a gym membership I am certain carbs are the devil.



I have a youtube channel I am starting so I am only 1 week into my diet but please feel free to check it out.

I hope to be part of this community and I promise not to spam my youtube channel, I am currently doing weekly updates and once college starts up in the fall, my updates may slow down a bit.
