Hi!
I am new here (obviously) to have your support!
I am 22 years old, always have been a very skinny girl until puberty hit me in the face.

For my own feeling and happiness I want to lose 10kg ( 22/23 lbs) to look great and be happy again.
My height is 1,67 m (5,47 feet) and weigh 73,7 kg (162lb) and i want to go to 63kg (138lbs)
I have been ''dieting'' for a little over 4 weeks now and lost 4,2 kg (9lbs) .
I am so happy it is going crazy fast and the only thing i do, is not eat suger and carbohydrates.
I hope it slows down a little so i dont get the yoyo effect.

Let me know what you think and thank you for having me!

If you are losing weight, then you are burning more calories than you are eating. If you maintain the same caloric intake long term, there will be no yo-yo affect. If you are doing things that you don't want to do for life, then there is a good chance that you will put the weight back on. That is why 99.9% of diets fail. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to do lifestyle changes, not short term diets.
