Hello I am struggling so bad right now so I am here to for some support from others that are struggling to.I had my 4th baby April 3rd and my pre weight was 255 after baby 2 weeks later I weighed 255 so I started a strict low calorie diet (1000 cals) and I made it to 214 then my parents house caught fire on may 27 and they were on vinalators and machines up until july 3rd and yesterday they finally got to come stay at the hotel until there house is fixed by october.
Anyhoot I am totally so ready to start my diet again I did manage to gain a ton in the past 2 months 16 lbs to be exact so my restarting weight is 230 now.I am going to start my hour walking routine tomorrow its just I have a bad sweet tooth and a bad out to eat habbit since the stress kicked in and I am trying to overcome this.
Any tips advice lowcalorie food tips certain exersices I would gladdly appreciate it.
I am going to go see my favorite band KORN September 12th and I would love to be atleast 15-20 lbs lighter I will walk my tail off .
I love my bake chicken and greenbeans thats my main meal and I eat alot of the healthy choice meals and snack on south beach snacks.

Thanks for the tip but.......are ya trying to kill me all my streets by me are hills and i am a "DD" and sports bras dont work for me but when I walk I walk my boxer and he keeps me at a fast pace. How much running do you do I saw your befor and after pics and you have accomplished alot! Congrats I would like to hear more about what ya ate and didnt eat that would help me a great deal.

try walking very fast then - should stop the bouncing and get the workout :)

Heres a tip for the sweet tooth, a low fat sweetened fruit yogurt has only about 75cal per cup. It fills you up and covers the sweet cravings all in one without screwing up your diet :)

Good on you for making the first move to do it even with so much personal turmoil.
 
Welcome! You might want to eat a bit more than 1000 calories unless that is what you want to do for the rest of your life. There is a recipe thread here with some good ideas. Good Luck with your goal. Sorry to hear about your Parents.

Thanks for the support!! I do try to walk fast and plus the hills that I live buy are a leg killer lol!It is like 95 degrees here so just sitting in a cgair on the porch should lose me a good 10 lbs joke(water weight loss)!
I tries yogart and blah I cant tolerate the sour taste I even froze it.I did find a bar made by slim fast called peanut butter crunch and they are dead on a butterfinger even the non dieters around me like them, 120 cals but I try to eat 1 between lunch and dinner then fat free jello or pop cycles after dinner and I dont eat after 8:00.
My biggest problem area is belly and booty (wide not bubbly lol) I weigh 230 but people dont think I look over 200 but scales dont lie.
I wish they did lol come to think of it pant sizes dont lie either.Anyhoot sittups are very hard to do because of it hurts my lower back any ab exersices that can help with belly as far as booty walking will take care of that.

Heres one for you.
Get one of those swiss balls. Lean over it so your tummy is over the ball and hands out in front spread slightly.
Raise the left leg and right arm then lower, then do right leg and left arm and lower.
Take your time to do it slowly. It should work both the stomach and the butt .
Your balance will be terrible at first but keep at it until you get it :)
