Hello - New here and need a lot of motivation

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum. I have 40 pounds of wt to lose and am committed to it.

I need all the help and support I need to stay on track.

Any words of motivation and support are welcome.

welcome dreamtobethin! i'm glad to hear your commited. i do have some advice to get you started...

1) drink lots of water
2) an hour of cardio daily (start off slow (15-20 min) if you havent exercised
3) 1200-1500 calories a day with lots of fruits and veggies

My biggest problem is being able to stick to a routine or plan long enough to see results.

I did it last year in March stuck to a diet/ regular excercise routine and lost 35 pounds. I drank almost 100 oz of water a day.

I still have 40 pounds to reach to my goal wt and now just ensuring I get back to track. I have my wedding planned for this year so motivation enough to stay on track ....hopefully with all the support I get here I will be able to move successfully on this journey.
