Hello, I'm 21 and I have stubborn belly fat. It's not in a certain area on my stomach, there's a bit more across the lower abdomen but I seem to have it all over! I'm not overweight, I'm happy with every other part of my body but I really struggle with losing the fat off my stomach. I exercise three times a week at the gym and watch what I eat, but it won't go away! If anything I seem to be getting more and more. I wonder if I need to eat more protein (I'm a vegetarian) but I struggle to find protein-rich foods I can eat, and I can't really afford protein whey powder. I've heard doing crunches and sit ups are good for your core but don't actually burn belly fat. My core muscles are pretty strong, there's just a layer of fat over the top! Any suggestions of what exercises would help burn the fat would be greatly appreciated, or any other tips! Thank you
