Hello everyone:)

this year has been a really tough year for me I had two grandparents and a friend die as well as other emotional ups and downs and as I result my weight has really gotten out of control. A few years ago I wors a size 5 and my weight stayed between 118 -123 now I have edged up to a size 12 and my weight is 150 +..

I don't do diets because diets are temporary and get temporary results .. I know that if I want to get the pounds off and keep them off I have to make a lifestyle change. I have to change my attitude , my food choices and start getting more exercise.

A new year is approaching and it is the perfect time to embark on the journey of a more positive dircetion. I hope this site will help me stay on track, keep my focus and reach my goals.
 
welcome! i hope you'll begin your journey by starting a diary in the diary section where we can see what your eating etc and hopefully start giving you some helpful tips to get you going! :)
