I'm a 30 year old woman from Norway. Been working on losing weight for about 2 months now, with sad results, lol. Got well going with exercise and eating less, but then fell in a dump when my knee got injured during exercise. Last month I am stuck on the weight scale while being unable to exercise due to a strict order from my doctor to sit on my ass. It's frustrating to not get anywhere, particularly because I've cut all sugar, all easy carbs, most other types of carbs, etc. I do NOT want to measure up my food or manically count chalories, because the girlfriend does that, and bragging about how total control of her food intake gets her down in weight, and it's annoying + makes some bad old eating disorder habits resurface in my head.

Anyways, that's the current situation.

I'm not giving up, I'll continue working at this. Hope to meet some new people here and maybe get some encouragement and good tips :)

Kindly,
Nat from Norway.

Hey! I'm new here to, this is the first comment I'll post, haha. Why don't you start intermittent fasting? I think that the easiest version will fit you. The 16/8 version, so you have to fast 16 hours and you have an eating window of 8 hours. So basicly you just have to stop at 8PM with eating, then you go to sleep and you'll eat arount noon. So you just have to skip breakfast haha. But look it up first, youtube is overloaded with videos of intermittent fasting.

Good luck!

Btw, it is easier then you think. I do the 20/4 and I'm feeling healthier then ever! You can start with the 16/8 and if it's getting to easy, you can switch to a 'harder' one.
