Hello I'm New YAY!!!

Hello everyone^^

I'm 23 5"3 136 pounds...

I'm looking to see if i can get the motivation that i need on this forum... I've joined gyms before but never had the time to go to work out.. I've worked out at home like i'm doing now but slowly get discouraged because of the lack of motivation. I seem to be getting no where but i know i should stick with it... I just want to see if anyone can give me that little bit of motivation that i need to suceed and get fit. TY

I was your size exactly!

Through eating healthfully, doing morning videos (pilates or weights), and nightly biking or walking, I manged to take off 21 lbs.

I went from average to thin.

How can lack of motivation be a problem; just do it! And be consistent, one good session doesn't make a person thin - conversely, the weight didn't come on from onr or 2 big meals, did it............

LivefromNY:cool: I get what your saying with the whole motivation thing but i think i'm just bored with my whole routine... It's so repetative... I've never really exercised before so i guess i'll just have to get used to it if i want to look and feel great:p
 
There is NO boredom for me: I have two shelves of exercise videos to rotate, and a Blockbuster subscription; I watch movies while on the bike.
 
Well i'm keeping up on my excersize that i do 3 times a week and i think i'm getting a bit firmer but still haven't lost weight or inches :(
