I'm 20yrs old, I don't follow any diet plan I do jumping rope for 6-7 min,20squats and 20 mountain climbing. I hate to do hard workout I can't do it. So us there any easiest way to loose fat without doing workout ? Thank you!!

Eat fresh fruit and vegetables with low fat proteins, walk 45 minutes a day. Eat only slow carbs and eat carbs with proteins.

You are doing a great workout. Jump rope is right at the top of the best exercises you can do ... right up there with swimming. But, you can't have complete success with just exercise. Diet is the most important part of getting in shape. I personally don't think it matters which diet you choose (even the fad diets), as long as you do them right. Eat healthy and proper portions and you will be well on your way
