Hello. It's nice to be here. I've spent the last day or two looking around this forum and reading the posts. All of you guys seem very friendly, helpful, and supportive. I think this is going to be a very good place to be. Basically, my name is Randy and I'm working on losing weight and getting healthy and in shape.
I've seen a lot of you posting your stats in your signature so I followed suite. At the moment my exercise routine is kind of just whatever I can get my hands on.
I try (and usually succeed) at walking on my treadmill anywhere from 30min-1 hour a day, plus I do yoga and pilates exercise dvd's after that. I'll gladly play sports with my friends whenever I can get them to participate for extra exercise. I'm going to start running again to give myself an extra boost in the right direction.
I've come here basically to get suggestions, support, advice, and just to meet new friends and have a good time. Oh, I've also come to learn more about a healthy and fit lifestyle. That way I can apply it to my daily life and hopefully get the results I would like. I'm looking forward to meeting you guys and girls and sharing our experiences and helping each other achieve our goals! Have a wonderful evening and I'm happy to now be a part of this community.
