Hello, I'm Jenga.

I registered to this forum a while ago, but I have been so busy since that I haven't had a chance to post.

The reason I joined this forum is for one thing; become healthy. Now, I wouldn't say that I'm not healthy, but I can definitely become more so. Hopefully I can get all of the information I need to maintain a healthy life style.

I am heading off to university this fall, so I will be going by a schedule that is much different than what I am used to now. Given this, I am uncertain of what I will and will not be able to do when it comes to eating and exercising. Luckily, there are fitness rooms in the residence that I will be staying at, so it shouldn't be too bad and the cafeteria has almost everything you can think of.

Anyway, this is just an introduction, so I shouldn't get into specifics right now. I look forward to talking with everyone!
 
Welcome! I should have taken advantage of the facilities my old university had. My current county college is rather pathetic.
 
Welcome to the site. I use a college gym and the main thing that bothers me is that they are always closing for this and that. Right now they are closed until Sep 5 for God knows what.
