Hey all, 1st post (Omg w00t! w00t!)
I've learned there are three vital areas of life that crave focus and improvement.
They are: Health + Wealth + Love
All three are interweaved and shortcomings in one area will create a knock-on effect in the other 2 areas. For example, if you want wealth then you need to handle your health and love, as everyone knows true success comes from inner-happiness (I sound so BUDDAH! but it's true). Without wealth you can't eat the right food, buy gym memberships or other products; likewise without wealth you don't convey the characteristics of a man worth replicating with. Anyway, you get the idea, and that's why I'm here.
I'm creating plans for each area and that led me to www.fitness.com. Why did I choose this one? It seems to give good advice, and it was popular, so why not.
I'm 20 and I live in the UK. I weigh 11st (70kg or 154lbs) and I'm looking to change my diet, exercise more and lift weights, bringing my body fat down, my muscle mass up and my health to a respectable standard.
So yea, that's my basic introduction. Hope to hear from you all soon, and keep a look out for my posts
