Hello! I need some tips!

I'm just 15 years old and overweight for a long time. Some facts about me so you believe me that I'm not joking...
My height: 5'-5,1' ft (I won't grow anymore)
My weight: 145,5 lb

At the beginning of the year it was much more. 156,5 lb. I lost some weight. I didn't ate snacks and if I did then just for one day in the week. But I'm not resolutely enough to do it. For half year everything was perfect. My destination was is to lose 22 lb this year. In one half of the year 11 lb and in the other half. But on the end of the first half year so many things did happend and I wasn't anymore focused on my weight. I know I'll can't get my destination this year and it's okay. I just want to lose some more weight.
I don't have money for any sport equipment or for a gym membership. I'm really shy and I'm afraid if I go to something like a dance course people would laugh at me.

Does anyone no what I can do? A good diet or some ideas for workouts at home without equipment?
And I heard it's good to have someone who also want to lose weight to motivate each other. If someone would like to talk to me it would be great! [emoji4]

Hey Smarti, welcome to the forum :)

I recently joined as well, and I am looking to lose 40+ pounds.

If weather is nice, you can always go for a brisk walk or start running..You can follow the couch to 5k program; you can google it and you will find lots of online advice

You can do yoga at home, there are plenty of videos on youtube. This website has the 30 day yoga challenge, you can give that a try.. [Link removed] ..

check the fitness Blender youtube channel as well.. they have a lot of free exercise videos you can do at home.. You need only dumbbells.

I really encourage you to go take a dance class if you can.. we tend to be our own worst critics, and they way we see ourselves is much harsher than the way people see us.. I am sure no one would dare laugh at you..

Good luck!
