Hey everyone.
My name is Niloufar Abedi, I live in Los Angeles, California. I have a weight problem and I am getting into eliminating it. I was about 300 LB. So far, I have lost about 80 LB. I am looking to lose another 80LB to 100LB. I am 5.2, and I need to lose that much to match my height and weight. I walk about 30-45 minutes per day. To start with, I struggled. However, I am a firm believe in knowledge being the power for success. Hence, I started to research. I know everyone says, the weight didn't come over night and it will not disappear over night. However, I strongly believed that in this day and age there must be better solutions than last centuries systems.
I found them. I have learned that the cause of my weight gain is my fatty liver. I also learned that thyroid has a major role in my mood and my weight and hypothyroidism can be a major road block on my way to lose weight.
Now, I am working to cleanse my liver and making sure I don't suffer from hypothyroidism. Then I came across another research by a team of scientists from Harvard, Yale and MIT that they have injected the blood of young mouse into old and having success with eliminating many illnesses. Further research showed me that there are actually programs that can help me increase the oxygen in my blood. I am planning to get that program next month and add it to what I am doing right now.
This month, I am looking for forums such as this that I could basically keep a tap on myself by talking to others who are interested in weight loss. I read in the byline that promoting or sharing links are absolutely forbidden. However, I would very much like to learn more about these three categories that I am researching to help me with my weight loss. Any help would be appreciated.
