Hello Hello

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to say a quick hi, hello, how do you do.

I'm a member of a gym and aim to go at least three times a
week but on a good week I'll go five or six times.

My main goal is to tone up. I've lost 60lbs over the past
few years so its kind of hard to get rid of the losing weight
mindset and leaning towards that maintaining and toning one.
So far I'm having a really good time at the gym and having fun
learning how to use all of the different machines and which ones
target which body part.

I am getting married on July (24th) so my arms and abs are my
main goal right now, but I'm also trying to work on my legs and butt.

Well I think thats about it. See everyone around the forum! :cool:

Congratulations as well! July seems to be HOTT for weddings this year. I have so far 7 couples who are family, and 4 who are friends of the family who are getting married in July. Hoping for good weather!
