hello guys pleased to meet you all

hi guys.. im sure i will love chatting and meeting you all and having a laugh about experiences etc, but i have also joined for a reason, primarily advice because i have had accident a few months ago and i have put on weight at the belly and lost muscle tone in my arms etc and i am finding it hard to loose it , i wonder if anyone has had a similar experience and managed to bounce back and become fit and toned again..?
i suffered a compression spine fracture (superficial) and broken wrists, it was about 9 weeks ago its amazing how fast you pile on the pounds.. i have started cycling upto 30 miles already but im sure im still putting on weight.. i have always had a really high metabolism and so i have never really worried about weight b4, but now i need help on how to shift it... can anyone help?:D

welcome to the forum!! I'm sorry about ur accident!! :( I wish I had some magical words of wisdom, but I don't. I wish you all the best and I hope you have a speedy recovery.
 
Well if your back in the saddle after only 9 weeks and you have a high metabolism it shouldn't be the greatest of difficulties to burn off the excess with diet and training.

If you don't mind me asking, how'd you smash yourself up like that? Motorbike accident?
