So yup im new here,and i really want to lose wegiht that the main point her,im 17yo rn and goint to high school.And with the school and other stuff i cant keep a good pace of healthy.Im 5'5 and i weigh 144 pound,i would really like if some of u people give me some help on food advice and training,i cant go to the gym because they dont allow kids like me in the gym if i dont have 18+years.So i would really like if anyone would help me i would be massivly thankfull!
