Hi just thought that {I would say a quick hello but most of you guys and girls will prob' be in bed now. Just trying to find my way around this site :)

hello all. and well done simon. im new too and not sure if my posts are showing. ive added a bit to another thread but i think its been left for dead.

does anyone have a medical theory as to why you dont lose weight but give up everything bad and start exercising. i do have results in measurements but certainly not enough muscle mass created to mean i only lose about .5 kg every 3 weeks. bit frustrating!
 
Jicing/blending is a fantastic way to absorb all the vitamins and mineral u ideally need and you are sure to find some that you really like the taste of in there! :)
 
PLUS they will replace all of the crappy drinks youve probably been having. Also drink LOTS of water is also really good for weight loss!
