My wife and I are getting in shape together. We started about August 24th we are using a free app called lose it ! And just love it. My starting weight was 257 (the most I've ever weighed). And my goal is 190 lbs, this is where I feel really good at that weight. We have purchased new bikes and I ride almost every day. The lose it app that I'm doing is set for 2 pounds of weight loss per week. So far I have lost 41 pounds with my next weigh in on Monday. We calorie count, drink a lot of water, and exercise. I have more energy and feel great.
