Hello all, just wanted to say quick hello from here in the UK.
I've been passionate about health and fitness as far back as I can remember, exercising regularly whilst participating in a number of sports throughout the years. However, now in my thirties, my exercise is largely restricted to gym work and running regularly.
Throughout my late teens and early twenties, rather than simply working out and participating in sport, I wanted to learn a lot more about health and fitness, initially to improve my athletic performance. In doing so, it quickly became apparent just how important sound nutrition was, not just when it came to exercise but also towards leading a long, happy and illness free life.
As such, throughout the past fifteen years, my various studies have led to me to gain a clearer idea as to how the human body works, not least when it comes nutrition and the ability to manage weight, while continually expanding my knowledge of ever changing fitness techniques since the practice is an ever evolving area.
