I am excited to join this forum so that I may provide assistance about weight loss. I am a Certified Nutrition & Welness coach. In addition, I am studying for a Certified Personal Trainer Credential. I recently launched my website that is aimed at helping people lose two pounds each week. Although I don't have a domain name just yet, I have already published my first blog post explaining the difference between losing weight and burning fat. My next topic is going to discuss the role hormones can play in weight loss. In addition, I am going to feature subjects on my blog that will cover an array of subjects. Some of them are: Hormones and Weight Loss, Nutrition and Fitness Plans, Weight Loss Supplements that do and don't work, The obstacles to weight loss and how to overcome them, plus many more.

My passion for providing guidance for weight loss is based on my intention of fighting obesity and cardiovascular disease. Both of these diseases have hit close to home and I am eager and determined to help anyone avoid both illnesses. So, it's a pleasure to meet everyone. I am here to serve you.
