Hello everyone,
I am Quacks (here, at least!) and I am 23 years old. I am 5'2" and weigh roughly 145lbs. I was never a small girl at school, but I did play a lot of sport (hockey, netball, tennis) and so I was relatively fit, and that certainly kept the pounds down.
At university though it went downhill - as is often the way. I stopped playing spot and began drinking more and eating more crappy fast food. Although now, having left uni, I have a healthier lifestyle, I have found it hard to loose the weight I put on.
I am only now to start properly tackling my weight - both from a dieting perspective, and I want to start swimming and try and get back into tennis.
I thought I would join this forum, just for a bit of support now and then, and advice when I need it (which could be often!)
Thanks
