Hello yall I just joined your forum. Ive been looking around and glad to see there are others who are in the same situation as i am. I weigh about 294 and i am only 4'11 Id like to drop atleast 100 lbs and just lookin for the support i cant get here at home. TY

It's always awesome to meet other people who have to lose just as much weight as you! Well not awesome that we have to lose alot but awesome b/c we can relate to eachother more.

Uhm yeah.. anywho! If you decide to stick around... you should create your own weight loss diary thread!
Really great way to get stuff off your chest, talk about what you ate that day or exercises or whatever
