Dana in NZ

Hi there,

My nick is Dana and I will be 30 next month. I have 3 children (6,4 and 2 1/2) and each one left me a little more weight through the Pregnancy :( So starting with 57kg I now have 77kg on a hight of 168cm.... not nice.
My goal for now is 65 Kg. I have some books from Weight watchers and will give it a go as of today.

If you find mistakes in my english - that comes from being German:) Living in NZ since 5 years now!

:p Hello Dana I live in New zealand too, and pretty much sound the same as you..... I am 27 with 3 children (8,6,5) and my starting weight was 55 kg (before children) and now i am 75 kgs, I used to weigh 79 kgs but manage to lose a little bit, But the one thing that i found the hardest was motivation , eating right was okay even drinking plenty of water was ok, it was just trying to stick to it and keep motivated .. but as you will find out this (weight loss forum) is such a great place for that, and it also helps to no that you arent the only one out there ... Good luck and I will be looking forward to watching your progress, :)

That is awesome that you live in NZ. I am a certified Lord of the Rings freak, and I wish I lived there.... or could at least visit!! :) :)
