Definitely switch it up from time to time. If you don't, you're setting yourself up for failure. As you know, has to be a lifestyle change, not just a temporary change or the pounds will come right back on. Go low carb for two weeks, change to calorie counting for two weeks. Will also help the body from getting used to routine and plateauing in some cases.

You got this. Just dedicate yourself and believe in what you're doing. Imagine how good you'll look when you reach 200. I'm in the same boat, my friend. If I can do it, you can too. Just commit yourself.
