Hi Everyone,

I've decided to jump back on the wagon with my weight loss efforts and was really excited to find out about this site. I'm working on losing and keeping off 20 pounds. I have been exercising pretty regularly since January 2006 but I definitely need support when it comes to the nutrition part of losing weight. I have a horrible sweet tooth and microwave butter popcorn is my kryptonite. Any support or ideas you have about how you control your portion sizes or fight off cravings for the yummy stuff is really appreciated. I'll do my best to support and motivate you as well!
 
I don't know if it's available where you live or not but I found this amazing stuff called "Becel Butter Spray" I to am a popcorn addict and the more butter the better (or worse I know) but this stuff really tastes pretty darn close to butter and even has the same kind of feel and texture when you put it on popcorn. It's supper yummy and get this ZERO calories per spray! It's been my best defence against the munchies :D

Thanks for the tip, I'll look for it while I'm grocery shopping tonight. Btw, I love your quote! Tonight I'm making vegetable lasagna, wish my luck on my portion control.
 
Welcome to the site! You'll have no problems finding the support you need. And just ask around for more tips, they are everywhere, with everyone willing to help out!
