I just found this forum tonight.
Looks like many interesting subjects are talked about here and I am looking forward to some good reads..
Uhhhh..if I am just over the 50yr mark do I have to head right to that section :D and stay there.

Cathy I read a few articles on the stomach-fitness site and I subscribed to the news letter. We all know of someone with gut problems . Good info.
meganl the user name has a bit to do with Dr Suess but not totally.
I have 3 sons who played hockey .
I knew I had been reading too many Dr Suess books to them when one son scored 3 goals in a game and I as a proud Mom boasted to friends that my son got 3 cats in a hat. ( proper hockey term ...hat trick) :rolleyes:

btw.. girls you both look good. No more working out please for the 2 of you.
 
welcome aboard :) you can post where you darn well feel like it..;) enjoy the forums they can get pretty interesting ..lol
