The best things I can suggest for you is to get on a good healthy diet. You need to eat 6 times a day every 2-3 hours small portioned meals. This helps speed up fat loss VS eating 3 decent sized meals a day. As for exercise, I highly recommend doing Turbulence Training. It is by far the fastest fat burning form of cardio there is. The running on treadmills does not burn near as much fat as doing turbulence training. With TT it allows you to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. Very Intense! When I train people who come in my gym that is the first thing I get them started on for burning fat. The main thing to do is you need to start right now! Most people fail at their dieting or weight loss because they always say I will start tomorrow or I will start next week or after I go grocery shopping . The fact is by starting ASAP you can start buring fat instantly.
