Hello friends! Need your tips urgently!

Hello friends,

I am only 23 and my weight is 80 kilo. That's why I don't have any boyfriend, and I am losing my confidence.

I need to lose at least 25 kilo. Need your tips and advice urgently!

The best things I can suggest for you is to get on a good healthy diet. You need to eat 6 times a day every 2-3 hours small portioned meals. This helps speed up fat loss VS eating 3 decent sized meals a day. As for exercise, I highly recommend doing Turbulence Training. It is by far the fastest fat burning form of cardio there is. The running on treadmills does not burn near as much fat as doing turbulence training. With TT it allows you to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. Very Intense! When I train people who come in my gym that is the first thing I get them started on for burning fat. The main thing to do is you need to start right now! Most people fail at their dieting or weight loss because they always say I will start tomorrow or I will start next week or after I go grocery shopping . The fact is by starting ASAP you can start buring fat instantly.

My first advice would be don't lose your confidence. Diet is not just solution mind power share vital role to lose weight. And I head about hypnosis technology to lose weight it help you to reduce hip, stomach .

it is easy to say eat 5 -6 meals a day but the question is WHAT SHOULD U EAT?????
 
Eating 6 meals a day does nothing to boost your metabolism. That is a dieting myth.

The important thing is to eat within your calorie range. If you can do that better by eating 6 meals a day that is one thing - but you will do just as well if you eat three times a day.
 
Another quick way to make a change is to cut all processed foods as much as possible. If your weight is what it is, it means you probably don't have the best eating habits (which a lot of us were guilty of also).

A crash diet may help you lose weight fast but a change in eating habits will help you both lose weight and keep it off.

Also, get a gym membership if you can, you'll be a lot less tempted to have something bad to eat after a good workout!

don't blame your weight for all of your problems. getting skinny wont fix all of your problems. the short answer to weight loss is eat less, move more.

read all the sticky threads for the long answer.
 
use appropriate weight loss program.
eat less of fatty foods and take nire glasses of water regularly
 
You need to focus on a LIFESTYLE change. Eat the way you will eat for the rest of your life. Weight loss comes down to calories in vs calories out. Eat less, move more. Period. You could focus on the food pyramid too, that is a great way to get in lots of nutrional foods and stay at or below your caloric goal. I would guess at 176 lbs, you should consume around 1400-1600 calories a day. Make sure you get a good 30-60 minutes of cardio a day :)
