Hi, my name is Daniel.
I am 16 years old at the moment and i currently weight 124 kg.
I came here because i need someone to give me advices on some things i can do (small things at first) to start loosing some weight.

Welcome to the forum :)

start by going to the diary section of the forum and start logging your food so we can see what changes you need to make to your diet to achieve your goals.
 
Daniel. Take small steps , try walking on a treadmill, then jogging .... Do 10 mins walk, 1 min run, then 2 min, the 3 etc until you can run for 30 mins or so. I found a "step counter" band you wear on your wrist helps. Set a target of around 8000 steps per day and try and do that.

Like me mate, its what we put in our mouths that gives us the weight, we cannot get away from that . Goes without saying and again like me, we have to change what we eat.

You have age on your side, do it now, get a determined head on and give it a good go. Its amazing when you see weight coming off.
 
My advice would be find someone to hold you accountable towards your goals like a family member or a friend this will help you stay consistent. I also suggest setting some concrete goals for yourself, something you want to achieve in 6 weeks and 2 months. This will help you stay motivated. My next piece of advice is find activities and healthy foods you enjoy. Because enjoying your journey to a healthier you will keep you going once you've achieved your goals. And not relapse back to old behaviours like everyone who does an extreme dieting campaign. I hope this helps!
