Hello everyone,

My name is April. I have a husband and 2 boys (ages 14 and 11). Oh yeah, a cat, a dog, a bunny, and fish. I really want a skunk and monkey but......I am starting to think that's not going to happen.

I recently just started to exercise and watch what I eat. I have loss 2 pounds since last Monday. I have tried before but something would happen and I would be like, "done!" Or I would lose motivation. I also have epilepsy. I have had it for 10 years now, due to a snowboarding accident. So I have to be careful what exercises I do, how much I do them for and I have to make sure I am eating enough and drinking water as much as I can. Last time I over did it and it ended up a bad situation.

So here I am. Ready to get the show on the road. I am very excited and hoping I can stick with it. I look forward to meeting you!
 
Hi, April & welcome to the forum. What you eat is more important than what exercise you do to lose weight. Getting good nutrition and enough of it would be a good focus. Do you have much to lose?
