Hello everyone

Hi everyone,
I'm Sam. I'm a mother and a wife, but I'm also a bit of a gym freak. I love pushing myself to my limits and shocking myself with what my body's capable of doing.
I've been into lifting heavy weights for 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with myself. I don't do it to get bulky or muscular, like most ladies, I just do it to stay in shape. I've tried classes, running, cycling, swimming even extreme sports, but I never saw the results I achieved since I started lifting heavy weights.

I'm here to continue my journey and to get some tips and advice from others who feel the way I do. I look forward to getting involved and taking away some tips that will help me continue my progress.
