Hello Everyone

Hello!

I am a fit lady who had been working out for about the last 13 years. I was also very active in sports all my life and was a spinning instructor for about 5 years. Currently, I am 5' 9" and about 135lbs. I am hoping to get some new ideas to spice up my workouts and to hear new stuff about nutrition. I moved back to New York and NONE of my friends enjoy working out!! When I am at the gym, everyone is in such a mad rush that I can't find anyone to buddy with and it's kind of a bummer to always work out alone. My boyfriend and I have opposite schedules. So, I want to use this site so that I have a touchstone for workouts and motivation.

Hi, I know how you feel. I am a trainer and still need motivation from time to time. I also would love someone who I could partner with and work out with but none of my friends are into working out as much as I am.
It sometimes gets hard to keep motivation up without encouragement and advice from others. Anyhow hopefully we will get what we need here.
