Hey!
My name is Gomez, I'm 26 years old
I started losing weight only a week ago, my goal is not that big - I want to lose about 5-7 kg, but this is a big job for me, since I have a slow metabolism and I cannot tolerate heavy physical activity.
Please share the secrets of your weight loss. Various applications, special diets, vitamins are possible.

The biggest factor in loosing fat is your diet, small changes can go a long way.

I would suggest starting a thread in the diary section and begin logging your food so other members can make suggestions as to where those small changes can be made.

There are no secrets, and there is no one size fits all special diet. The members here follow a wide range of diet choices from simple calorie counting, vegetarian, low carb, keto, Intermittent fasting etc. and they all work for that individual.
