hello everyone I came here to Learn more about weight loss and also share my own accomplishments with you all. I've been looking for "the" diet for the past 6 years but nothing has worked until now. I had to completely rethink my diet and make amendments to it. I have lost over 22 kg in 3 months. I'm still eating good food and doing exercise. To me dieting is a lifestyle change which still allows me to have cheat meals whenever I've got cravings.
