I'm new here. I'm French so I'm sorry if I make mistake .
I'm 23 and I have been overweight pretty much all my life.
I started a diet that is 1200 calories per day. I also walk for an hour in the morning to exercise.
I'm 5'6 (1,72cm) and started my weight loss at 290 pounds (131,5kg). So far I lost 12,8 kg (28 pounds) and still have a lot more to loose.
So I'm currently at 261 pounds (118,7kg).
I had lost 57 pounds (26 kg) a few years ago that I gain back without even realising it when I stopped walking and eating less and less healthy due to my schedule.
I'm not struggling to keep to my diet (I hope it continue) as I'm still allowing myself some "not so healthy food".
My biggest concern with the weight loss is loose skin. When I first lost weight I did not notice loose skin so I hope I'll be able to limit it as much as possible by losing weight slowly.
