I'm a newbie to this forum. I recently started my weight loss journey about 5 days ago. I've already lost 3 pounds in one week without dieting or exercising. Next week, I plan to kick it up a notch and add exercise to my routine. If you would like to know my regime, please let me know. Have a wonderful day! :)
 
Hey Deandra, welcome to the forum! If you have an interest, I'd recommend posting a thread in the Weight Loss Diary subforum. It's the most active part of the site and there are a lot of great people there to offer advice and support.
