Hello fat loss family <3
I'm here because I need fat loss buddies as I cannot seem to find any in my circle of friends and family. Everyone is blessed with a slim figure while I'm here struggling with a 3 KGs of pure extra fats that are so so hard to get rid of (I'm 162cm, 53kgs). I want to be confident again and look my best. I do not want to worry about wearing dresses or jeans anymore...I'm so so critical of myself and I dislike the way my arms and tummy seem to hold the most amount of fat. I'm determined to get to where I was a year ago again, I just need motivating buddies to do this with me. Anyone interested to join me in my journey??!!
