Hi everyone. My name is Marc and I live in Worcester, England. I am a 22yo male who has really struggled to keep to any sort of diet and exercise program. I am 114kg and 6ft tall, and desperately seeking any advice that will help me to consistently stick to a diet/exercise program. I've looked at circuit training and other things to do at home which will be better for me to begin with, but no specific exercises or anything. Diet wise, I am the sort of person that eats until they are full, any tips on cutting portion sizes??

Any advice/help/tips would be greatly appreciated and very well received :), thank you all in advance!

Having a network of people around you who support you reaching your goal is important to help keep you on target. I would suggest starting a thread in the diary section of the forum.
