HI there. To start off I am a 6"1' 195lb male 25yr old. I found this web site looking for fitness advice. My goal is not to really weight loss but more fat loss. I am hoping I will be able to find some exercise advice and eating healthy advice. My main goal is healthy. I have not had a lot of time to look through this forum but it looks like I should find some help here. The little that I have looked around though, it looks like the majority of the forum is female? I hope I am not intruding.
