Hello Everyone

Hi,

New to this forum and really enjoy reading the messages here. I was heavy at one time. I dropped all the extra pounds many years ago. Have been staying fit. However, over the years, I find that staying fit takes a constant effort. So, I'd love to learn more about what other people do to stay fit.

I just started a weight loss motivation blog based on my own weight loss experience. The idea of this blog is to use instant gratification as the motivator. Hope people find my blog helpful in providing the extra push in the weight loss battle.

Many thanks for the kind words! I am totally new to this forum and blogging. Hope I am starting on the right foot.

Tought If I could motivate one person to stay fit and healthy with my Turkey Walk blog, I would have made a difference.
