Just wanted to say hello from a newbie to the forum. I have been really impressed with all the great advice but also the care members show to one another. I am a 49 years old male with about 50 -60 pounds I’m trying to drop, and I have really cranked up my walking I work nights so for my lunch break (3:00AM) I go to the 28th floor of the building I work and walk the track get in 3 miles, Cant jog or run have had 3 knee surgery’s. But I have noticed a good difference have dropped 14 pounds in about 1 month.
