hi, im new here, my name is jeremy. my freind told me about this site (although i dont know if hes registered)
anywas, i guess a proper intro is in order here, so i will tell you a lil about myself
im 16, and i race quads (atvs, fourwheelers, whatever you call'em). ive been racing in the gncc (grand national cross country) series for about 2 years now, and i really enjoy it. i build and tune my quads all my self, have been since i was 7, heh, i like to call myself a mechanical genious although im far from it.
i also play paintball on a local team in the summer months. and sometimes if i feel like it a whip out the airsoft gun, and have army battles between friends
im a fan of anime (japanese animation), im pretty sure its not that popular, but i thought i would throw it out there, just incase theres any watchers out there
right now im about 130 at 5'6.5, although i havent gotten a body fat reading in a while, but about 2 months ago i was at 8%
i ussually weigh about 123-125 though, but the past 4 weeks i have sat on my ass because i got tendinitous (is that spelled correctly?) in my right foot.
so i figured i would take a well deserved break from excersizing and working out, i also got real sick with the flu, and was sluggish for about 2 weeks or so
i also kinda pigged out on pancakes too hahaha
but next week i plan on getting back into the groove, and getting back to my normal self again
heres my question to you guys (if your still reading... god, i typed so much)
my routine ussually consisted of
everyother day workouts (mon, wed, fri, sun, tues, thurs, sat)
and i would do various wieght lifts, crunches, situps, pushups, etc. for about an hour
then i would run at about 6.5mph for an hour
but then school started, and i got all off track, and somehow my schedule went straight sunday though thursday, non stop (same work outs though)
and it beat me to hell
so do you guys think you could guide me on a good routine for when i start again next week? along with a good nutrition reccomendation for me?
i really want to get back down to my 123-125lbs again, my mother said that 125 wasnt enough for me, but i felt comfortable at that weight... was 125 really to light for me?
thanks for all the help, and thanks for welcoming me
