Well I am 27 years old, 5'8" tall and weigh (As of this morning) 152 LBS. I would like to be at the 135 LBS mark. I just don't feel good about myself being this weight. I say that my days are slightly active. I bike 60 minutes a day and do some other light exercises and activities. I cant do a lot of major or heavy exercises because I have had open heart surgery, I have a pacemaker and defibrillator, along with epilepsy, and only 1 fully functional lung. I have cut my calories down drastically and use myfitnesspal.com every single day to count my calorie intake and excursion. I just need help and support. I am a single mom and I am very hard on myself. I have nobody but myself to keep me on track to a healthier life! Sometimes I just want someone to vent to and help me stay on track.
