Hello everyone (newbie)

Hi, I really don't have that much more too lose, about 15lbs...those seem to be the hardest ones. I have been losing weight for the last month and have lost 12lbs so far. I used to workout all the time and lift weights, a couple years ago I pulled a hamstring doing the most basic thing (lying on my back doing glute squeezes also known as butt busters). This hampered my workouts to a point that I had to stop and recover, I simply couldn't find the motivation to start again. I gained around 30lbs in that time and am now completely dedicated to losing it. I currently am doing cardio in the morning and then I weight train in afternoon and do more cardio. My calories stay around 1200. I am having great success, however I seem to be at a stand still this last week, any suggestions.
